How to qualify
Hosting volume
Have hosted at least 10 stays, or 3 reservations totaling at least 100 nights.
Guest rating
Maintain a 4.8+ overall rating from guests over the last 12 months.
Reliability
Keep a cancellation rate below 1% (excluding certain eligible extenuating circumstances).
Responsiveness
Maintain a response rate of at least 90% — reply promptly to guest inquiries.
Assessments run on the 1st of January, April, July, and October across the trailing 12 months. Status changes take effect the following day. You'll receive an email two weeks before each assessment with a preview of your standing.
