What a co-host does

Guest communication

Replies within 1 hour, 7 days a week — in English, French, or Spanish.

Meet & greet, key handover, smart-lock setup, and post-stay inspection.

Cleaning & turnover

Vetted housekeepers, linen service, restock of essentials between stays.

Issue handling

On-call for lockouts, broken AC, plumbing — first 4 hours at no extra cost.

Typical cost

  • · Full service — 18–25% of nightly revenue. Includes everything above.
  • · Check-in only — flat US$25–40 per arrival.
  • · On-call — US$15–20 per hour, billed in 30-min increments.

You and your co-host agree the split inside Stahus, and we pay each party automatically from every booking.
